Absolutely could not fault it. One of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in - and we love to explore! What a beautiful cottage. Stunning surroundings. We were lucky enough to witness snowfall coming down making the view even more beautiful. We got stuck on the grass but Pauline and Doug were eager to help and save us so we could go out for the day! Spoilt as soon as we got there with eggs laid by the chickens on the farm! Scones to die for! Tea, coffee, cleaning products, everything we could possibly need. Such comfy beds. Do not hesitate to book here, you will have a lovely time even if you stay in! Thank you so so much Pauline and Doug, you are brilliant and we had a very relaxing fun break 😊

Wonderful autumnal stay in Swallow Cottage with 3 kids and dog in tow. Beautiful place and surrounding area and host Pauline was friendly and helpful. Stocked kitchen and bathroom and a thoughtful welcome on arrival. Ideal for a getaway off the beaten track. Would highly recommend. 😊

We absolutely loved our stay here. Perfect for us, with young children and dogs. Pauline was kind and helpful and the children absolutely loved being able to wander around and see the animals. Thank you for having us and we will definitely be back!

We stayed two nights in the cottage with a family of 5, including 1 young baby. We greatly enjoyed, from the scones on arrival to the beautiful views and the nice animals. The apartment is lovely and is very nice. Although you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere, you'll be in two very nice villages with good restaurants and nice shops in no time. In addition, you have beautiful hiking areas nearby. Also recommended with small children!

Great place to stay, especially if you have a dog. Walk straight onto the moor and wander for miles. Short drive to Lynton which has a lovely relaxed feel. Cottage was great and everything clean and spotless on arrival. Pauline was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend a stay here if you like peace and quiet, and a slower pace of life, still close to great attractions.

Lovely cosy cottage in a peaceful location. Views were beautiful and it was lovely to see the animals roaming during the day. Cottage was clean and tidy and well equipped with everything we needed for a short break. Thank you for everything we really enjoyed our stay.

Great cottage, overlooking the horses paddocks , lovely enclosed garden great for the dogs. In a fabulous location for walking as described in the listing, wonderful place. We used our free guest session of the dog play barn , dogs loved it ! Wonderful place to stay, Farm location 🐷🐓🐴🐶

We loved our stay at Swallow Cottage. It is a lovely peaceful location on the edge of the moors but close enough to Lynton and lynmouth. The cottage is very comfortable with wonderful views and we enjoyed the welcome we got from the free range pigs. The race horses are gorgeous too. An added bonus of some tasty treats and eggs very much appreciated. We would love to stay here again.

I can’t recommend Swallow Cottage highly enough for comfort, cleanliness and an amazing location. Some lovely surprise welcome touches (won’t spoil for future guests!). Beautiful area, both moor and beaches. We followed Pauline’s recommendations and so enjoyed our walks, sightseeing and food and drink recommendations. We didn’t take our dogs but will next time, perfect for dog owners. Thankyou Pauline so much 😀

We enjoyed our stay at Swift Cottage, especially seeing the pigs! The cottage was warm and comfortable. We would definitely come again.

Very peaceful, lovely views, good walking. lovely touch of farm eggs, cream scones and chocolates there on our arrival. Well located for exploring the area. cosy and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at the sea view hut. The location is fabulous, the hut is very comfortable and Pauline and her husband are friendly and extremely welcoming. The place is magical for kids (age 4 and 1) and our dog also loved it. There’s hens and two pigs roaming freely and stunning horses in a fenced pasture in front of the hut. The shower and toilets were also really functional. Highly recommend it for a nature holiday!
